Cowboys Country
Union Kitchen & Tap Gaslamp is going all-in for Dallas Cowboys fans this season, serving as Cowboys Country in the heart of downtown San Diego.
With 18 TVs and full sound, Union Gaslamp is creating a dedicated game-day environment for fans to catch every Cowboys game while enjoying a lineup of football-inspired food and drink specials.
2026 Football Specials include:
- Pepperoni Flatbread — Quattro formaggio cheeses and house marinara.
- Cilantro Lime Chicken Totchos — Pollo asada, fresh pico de gallo, cilantro, onions and citrus sour cream.
- Cowboy Burger Combo — Sliced ham, American cheese and BBQ sauce on a sesame seed bun, with fries available as an add-on.
Union Gaslamp is also home to the San Diego Blue Star Crew, adding to its game-day atmosphere and team spirit throughout the season.
Happy Hour
Monday - Friday 4PM - 6PM
Indulge in our unbeatable Happy Hour at Union Gaslamp, available Monday through Friday from 4PM to 6PM, offering an array of delights including $6 drafts, $7 calls, and $10 signature cocktails. Join us and unwind with your favorite drinks in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter.
